Health DATA Trainings

The Center's Health DATA Program​ provides community-based trainings to help community groups, policymakers, advocates and others learn how to access and use health research data in their program and policy work.

This brief (7 minute) video will walk you through the basics of AskCHIS, the Center's free, easy-to-use, online health data query tool.  You'll learn how to login, identify the geographical area in California that you want to examine, search for a health topic, create a query, as well as graph or export your findings.
